Hi, I’m Nicole. I am the Director of Little Lamb Christian school. I do everything needed administratively as well as support the teachers and children to help their classrooms run smoothly.
Ministry Highlights & Impact
We love being an outreach ministry to our community. It is an honor to be able to share Jesus and how much He loves us with our students and their families that may not have a church home. We praise God for multiple families that have started attending TGP because of Little Lamb.
Growth & Development in this Ministry Area
Our Little Lamb staff has grown together since Covid. We have a lot of new teachers and teaching assistants and it is so nice to see them working together to provide the best care and education for our students. They are happy to share ideas and are often seen encouraging and lifting each other up. I also love the relationships that we have with our Little Lamb Families. We greet and check in with each family every morning so we know how to best support our students and we love building relationships with the families as they volunteer in the classrooms. So many of our families have become friends outside of school too.
Vision & Focus for the Coming Year
It is so important to us to share God's love with our students and their families. We are always looking to find more ways to instill God's truth into our school days and with our parents as well. We also strive to continue in our education as teachers and keep Little Lamb Christian School up to date on the best ways to support healthy growth and learning to create the best foundation for our student's educational years as possible.
