-Sunday Worship Leadership

-Coordination & Communication

Ministry Highlights & Impact

The most meaningful moments this year have been the overwhelming number of people offering encouragement towards some of the changes taking place. Such changes include the addition of weekly hymns, introduction of new team members, and seeing some of our youngest team-members leading in corporate worship.

Growth & Development in this Ministry Area

The worship team has begun incorporating a traditional song (hymn) into the end of every service. This has been met with much encouragement from the congregation and positive input. Our teams have devoted more time to prayer at the beginning of our rehearsals which we believe has fostered an environment of relationship building and oneness as a team. Lastly, we have been mixing up the members of weekly teams more than in times past, such that team-members have a chance to play with as many other members as possible, creating a more cohesive environment amongst the greater worship ministry.

Vision & Focus for the Coming Year

We have been, and will continue to, choose songs which we hope better align with the church's values and mission. In a world in which a growing number of music has become "me" centric, we seek to keep Christ and his glorification at the center of our focus when we sing. Additionally, we are intentionally simplifying certain musical arrangements to cultivate a greater sense of reverence and congregational focus during corporate worship.
