Our Mission is to share the love and transformation Jesus Christ provides for aging well in later years. We accomplish this by helping the TGP family and others in the community with health/physical limitations and with other individual care needs.
We believe this is best achieved holistically, by implementing an organizational process of addressing needs, coordination with other related TGP ministries and community services, and equipping servants with necessary tools and resources.

Why was the ministry started? There are many TGP members over the age of 55-60 and we’ve noticed a growing need for assistance.
According to AARP, the US population is rapidly aging. By 2030, 1 out of every 5 people will be 65 years or older.
Examples of TGP family members who need support include those with medical or health related issues, those with housing and financial needs, those not able to attend worship services on a regular basis, those with caregivers who need support.
Those who need support are often those near and dear to us — whether a spouse, friend, family member, home bound, or near end of life.
How do we do it?The Ministry Team is made up of TGP volunteers with a servants heart of helping people.
Meeting care needs is not only a scriptural mandate, but also provides team members the opportunity to live as disciples and to equip other disciples while caring for individuals and their families. The ministry encourages a time of prayer, reading of scripture, and sharing the love of Jesus.
What the team looks likeThe Team consists of 1-2 Care Coordinators, 4-8 Care Coordination Team Members, and many Ministry Servants. The Care Coordinator assesses the need, Care Coordination Team Members work with an individual or family to coordinate necessary resources, and Ministry Servants will provide:

Transportation
